2. SHIP (OR DROP OFF) YOUR FLOWERS
Following our detailed shipping instructions PDF & instruction video, send your flowers to our shop via overnight shipping or schedule a time frame to drop them off at our Kingston, ON location.
3. PAY FINAL RECIEPT, RECIEVE YOUR ORDER
After our unique pressing and designing process is complete, we will ship you your finished product(s) or you can choose to pick them up at our studio.

We strongly recommend that you book as soon as you have your wedding date to ensure we have the time and space in our custom order schedule to create your treasured pieces. We are booking too 2026 currently.

We have many design options to choose from to preserve your flowers forever. This includes classic choices such as floral blocks, coasters, ring holders, vases, trays and so much more. We can also include any other details such as ribbons, photos, invitations and other inclusions from your special day into any product. There are no limits as far as creativity! Let's work together to create a piece unique for you.

We are currently working on a schedule of 2-6 months. Whichever way we are preserving your bouquet, we take extra care throughout the process and allow additional time to make sure that the flowers are preserved completely and ready for encapsulating for all products.
We appreciate your patience throughout this process. We can’t wait for you to see your artwork but we also want to present you with the most beautiful piece possible.

Yes! Many of our bouquets have been shipped to us both new and old. You will need to overnight ship your bouquet to us if it is fresh and we recommend that you check with your local post office rates prior to confirming your booking.
Because we need to have a deposit to book you, invoices are due upon receipt. Due to high demand, we will not hold spots for unpaid invoices after 14 days. We are offer an interest-free payment plan to all orders. The final payment will be due two weeks before your booked date. Shipping will be added on the final invoice. Yes! We can preserve your flowers from any event. Whether it's a baby shower, memorial, or a custom piece, we can work with you to preserve your flowers in a unique, special way! Check our Custom Preservation section to see the different ways we can accommodate you.

We do not accept any custom order returns or refunds due to the nature of them being custom to each client. We always want our clients to be happy and are more than willing to work with you if you are unsatisfied for any reason! We are always happy to work with you to come to an agreement to ensure your satisfaction.

This is the part where you trust ABHR to do what we can with your specific florals! We love that our previous work can serve as both a representation and inspiration for your own preservation keepsakes, but please keep in mind all orders are different, and vary based on flower types, colours, textures, condition and amount of florals we have to work with provided by each client! We are always happy to take suggestions (I.e more of a specific flower, less greenery etc) but ABHR proudly takes creative freedom and control for this part of the process!

Your pieces are charged for their listed price and return shipping of your order is not included in this total! If previously discussed it can be included on your final invoice but if this has not been communicated between you and ABHR, return shipping is not included.

The first payment of $100 is a non-refundable retainer. At a minimum, Client agrees that the retainer fee fairly compensates ABHR for committing to provide the Services and turning down other potential projects/clients. We do not offer any refunds for custom work. Please reach out to discuss any adjustments requested. All changes, recreations or corrections are subject to additional fees.

We will certainly try to preserve every flower and piece of greenery in your bouquet. However, not all flowers will make it through the process and this is natural.
Not all flowers preserve the same--some will look different preserved than when they were fresh. While the overall look of your flowers will remain the same, you should expect color changes on most of your flowers. Most flowers tend to dry with a darker hue. For example, red roses turn burgundy, white flowers turn ivory, hot-pink flowers turn purple, hydrangeas usually don't retain their shape, and some flowers show translucent spots on the petals due to bruising when they were fresh.
Please be advised that all resin pieces from Art by Holly Ryan are unique and vary from piece to piece. Florals are utilized in the resin art pieces after being preserved. Most of your flowers will go through our Flower Beautification Process prior to the natural florals being encapsulated in the resin.
As always, we recommend following our shipping instructions carefully to assure that your flowers get to us in the best shape possible!

Yes! We are able to do a recreation using elements from your air-dried bouquet! We would essentially recreate your original bouquet and incorporate pieces of your original into the final piece.

100% This is a service ABHR is honored to have added to our list of options when it comes top bouquet preservation. We work closely with 5 local florist shops in Kingston Ontario to recreate your bouquet at a fraction of the cost!

Yes! We offer interest free payment plans for either $50 per week or $100 every other week. All order pre placed require a $100 non refundable retainer to hold your custom spot that is non-refundable. All last minute orders are required to pay full price for their order unless otherwise discussed.

Yes we use both! Depending on the thickness of your florals and type of frame ordered, we use a combination of either UV protective glass or plexi glass! Both are safe for your florals and will keep your preservation keepsake lasting through the years!

Resin ambering is absolutely normal and will happen no matter what! We suggest getting a coloured background for your keepsakes to avoid seeing this natural occurrence. Resin ambering is unavoidable and happens no matter what keepsake you have made. There is no refund for any pieces that have naturally ambered and recreation is possible at the cost of the client.

Unfortunately we do not cover any lost, stolen or damaged packages. Once your items have left our studio and proper tracking has ben provided ABHR is not liable for any further action of product. There is no refund permitted. We are happy to work with you and any remaining florals you have left to makeup for product with additional charges applied.

Art by Holly Ryan stays in constant communication with all clients about drop off and shipping instructions/info, with a reminder about 2-4 weeks before you’re booked date to pay remainder of balance and if any questions need to be answered. It is the clients responsibility too ship or drop off florals on time. If they are past their ability to be preserved a recreation service fee of $50 is offered based on if florals are available. There is no refund available if flowers are forgotten to be shipped or dropped off before they have died.

If your event has been rescheduled, we are happy to rebook you into when your new date is! If your event has been cancelled, we can process a partial refund up to 2 weeks before booked date. Past 2 weeks before booked event there is no refund. It is possibly to carry valued total over to a new event date or to be used as store credit at a later time.

Due to limited space, Customer agrees to pick-up or pay shipping for finished flowers within 7 days of notification by Art by Holly Ryan. In the event that the Customer has not contacted and/or arranged for pick-up of flowers within 14 days of notification that flowers are completed, Art by Holly Ryan shall charge the customer a $10 storage fee for each additional week the flowers remain on the premises. In the event that Customer does not contact Art by Holly Ryan within 90 days of notification, Customer’s flowers will be considered abandoned, flowers will become property of Art by Holly Ryan and Customer shall have no right to receive monetary reimbursement for flowers nor to receive monies previously paid.
