We do not offer returns or refunds on our custom pieces because they are... custom! If there is any damage caused during the shipping process please reach out within 24 hours of delivery along with photos so we can begin the process of filling out a form with the shipper used. Damages caused by any parties after package has been picked up or shipped is not the responsibly of Art by Holly Ryan and there is no right to receive monetary reimbursement.

Due to limited space, Customers agrees to pick-up or pay return shipping costs for finished flowers within 7 days of notification by Art by Holly Ryan. In the event that the Customer has not contacted and/or arranged for pick-up of flowers within 14 days of notification that flowers are completed, Art by Holly Ryan shall charge the customer a $10 storage fee for each additional week the flowers remain on the premises. In the event that Customer does not contact Art by Holly Ryan  within 90 days of notification, Customer’s flowers will be considered abandoned, flowers will become property of Art by Holly Ryan and Customer shall have no right to receive monetary reimbursement for flowers nor to receive monies previously paid.

In the event that any or all product(s) are lost or damaged, ABHR does not compensate any refund to the Client. Art by Holly Ryan will contact and file for reimbursement of shipping costs with the shipping provider should any packages be lost and/or stolen. This does not guarantee any refund will be given.

Each client acknowledges that floral preservation is a scientific process and that many factors affect how successful a certain preservation attempt will be. Art by Holly Ryan should be consulted in advance regarding the clients floral selection, items and layout design if necessary. If Customer chooses not to consult with Art by Holly Ryan regarding the specific flowers to be preserved, Art by Holly Ryan shall not be in any way responsible if the floral preservation is unsuccessful. ABHR will suggest a floral recreation if original flowers are not able to preserved in the state they have been delivered to ABHR in or if the preservation process was not successful.

Each client understands the $100 retainer fee is non-refundable and is used to secure the Client's date in ABHR’s books. Due to how busy Art by Holly Ryan has become, once the client has paid this retainer their specified date is booked and secured. The client has up to 14 days to cancel the order before the original booked date to endure a partial refund for your order total minus non refundable $100 retainer. If the Client would like to change their booked date (If date is available) ABHR will agree to the changed date request made by the Client. 

Each client that has booked with Art by Holly Ryan for floral preservation service's but has failed to deliver flowers within 72 hours too ABHH their order may cancelled with no refund. This is at the discretion of Art by Holly Ryan and will only occur if florals are no longer in proper condition too preserve and have not been given to Art by Holly Ryan in mentioned timely manor. The Client has the option to select Floral Recreation to continue the order with an additional charge (based per client and floral type). 

Bouquet recreation deposits are non-refundable.

The cost of shipping your flowers to us is covered by you and can not be refunded by Art by Holly Ryan.
