SHIPPING FLOWERS
Sending flowers through the mail is a precise art and we will be here to help you along the way! After you place your order you will receive a step by step tutorial on how to properly send your flowers to us. The cost of shipping your flowers whether fresh, already dried or for bouquet recreation services is to be covered by the client.
If you are local, you can choose to drop off & pick up. If you select this option, we will schedule and arrange the time and date with each client based on our availability. AS stated in our contract, the client understands that failure to follow given shipping instructions with the outcome result being damaged or wilted flowers that the artists can deem unworkable. The client may be given the option to downsize in order options to accommodate the clients selection, but if the flowers aren't salvageable they will be thrown away and the order will be canceled without refund. The option for bouquet recreation remains an open option at the expense of the client.
Each client understands that if sending any glass vases, pendants, charms, ribbons and extra florals that are not used for the current order they will not be returned to the client. All items listed above need to be removed prior to shipping if the client would like to keep them/
THE PROCESS
Each client understands that flowers will be pressed or preserved in the condition they are received, meaning if flowers arrived bruised or damaged, the same is likely to show in the final piece. If any of the flowers are not workable that the client would like be included, the client will have the choice to buy replacement stems.
Each client understands that during the preservation process, flowers will fade/change color due to the flowers' nature. (Ex. whites can yellow and reds turn purple etc.)
Each client understand that some flowers & elements of a bouquet can not be pressed and framed because of their thickness and the size of the frame or item selected. The client will have the option to upgrade for an additional cost.
Each client understands that all remaining flowers and greenery unused will become the property of Art by Holly Ryan.
Each client understands that the Art by Holly Ryan team will communicate mostly via our email address Artbyhollyryan@gmail.com. Communication via social media will not be prioritized and if there becomes missed messages or difficult communication the client is responsible for reaching out via email.
Every client is different, with different tastes, budgets, and specific flowers. Thus meaning each piece is unique to each specific client and their flowers. Client understands no two pieces created by Art by Holly Ryan will ever be identical.
Art by Holly Ryan’s services are a subjective art and ABHR has a unique vision, with an ever-evolving style and technique. Client’s understands that the final look is decided upon Art by Holly Ryan as an artist.
ABHR will use its artistic judgment when providing services for each Client, which may not include strict adherence to the client’s suggestions.
Although ABHR will use reasonable efforts to incorporate each client’s suggestions and desires when providing the client with our services, we shall have final say regarding the aesthetic judgment and artistic quality of the Services
FINAL PRODUCT
Each client understands that resin and floral preservation are unique services with a wide range of end results. This includes ambering of resin, changes in colour vibrancy in all keepsakes whether pressed frames, resin or shadow boxes etc. Colours of flowers changing both through the drying process and through time in general I.e Red florals turning burgundy, white florals will turning yellow/ivory etc. Each client understands imperfections may occur in all ranges of keepsakes that ABHR offers.
Dissatisfaction with ABHR’s aesthetic judgment or artistic ability are not valid reasons for termination of services once the service has been provided and does not qualify for any request of any monies returned. SHIPMENT
Each client fully understands that they are fully responsible for any shipping costs, import taxes, or other fees associated with shipping whether local or international.
Each client understands that if their frame arrives damaged, it is the clients responsibility to reach out to ABHR within 24 hours with photos of the damage for a return form to be submitted with the shipping company used. There is no refund for any damage caused through the shipping process. Once the package has left our studio ABHR is no longer responsible for any damages or additional costs. Art by Holly Ryan will not cover any costs to return the frame to our studio to be repaired nor will any monetary values be refunded. Please see our return policy for further details.
